One of my Chihuahua brethren is lifting hearts and inspiring souls in Japan. Wheely Willy, a paraplegic, wheel-chair-bound Chihuahua from California, is promoting his book on a whirlwind tour of Tokoyo.

"How Willy Got His Wheels" is on my must-read list.
