I Didn't Know Chihuahuas Came Like That
Yes, I'm a dog, not a rat/gerbil/hamster/fill-in-the-blank. Yes, I AM a Chihuahua! Yes, Chihuahuas DO come with spots! No, I DON'T look like the Taco Bell dog. Yes, I AM a purebreed. Yes, I'm sure.

Dear Hobiwan,
Don't worry about people who have never seen a beautiful chi like yourself before. I am also beautiful and unique, so I understand what it is like to have our lineage doubted by those who do not know the range of our genetic largess. After all, many people have never heard of a long-haired chihuahua ... my own family hadn't until they met me.
So, stay cheerful and wag your tail at anyone who questions your quality and purity. Purty is as purty does. :)

My sister's pretty calm about the whole thing. I think she thinks people are talking about someone else, not her loveliness. :)
I know how it goes man. I've been described as a barking cat. What-ever.
