What's a Ratgle?

Speaking of dogs that are part rat, today I went for a walk today with my hottie Jessica. For some reason this dog tagged along. I think her name is Chloe. At the dog park she ran away and made me look really good. Which is not difficult, of course, but any little bit helps. She is a beagle/rat terrier.
